Area formulas

• Rectangle: Area = length × width
• Triangle: Area = ½ × base × height
• Circle: Area = π × radius²
• Trapezoid: Area = ½ × (base₁ + base₂) × height

Units

The result is in square units matching your input. If you enter dimensions in meters, the area is in square meters. Enter feet — get square feet. The unit does not matter as long as all dimensions use the same unit.
