FineTools respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

Calculator inputs are not collected. All calculations run in your browser. Your mortgage balance, debt amounts, and financial details never leave your device.

We collect anonymous usage data through:

  • Server logs — IP address, pages visited, browser type. Used only for security and aggregate traffic analysis.
  • Analytics — if enabled, aggregate page view counts and referrer data. No personal identifiers.

Advertising

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor and ad tech provider, uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure the performance of ads.

Since calculators run in your browser and we do not maintain user accounts, most of the data associated with these rights is held by our third-party providers (e.g. Google) and should be exercised through their respective tools.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13 (US COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Google AdSense ads are not personalized for users we know to be under 18.
